Hal and I have lived in Key West since the ’70s. We met, fell in love, got married in our backyard at sunset overlooking the water, became parents… we grew up in Key West. Our boys, Morgan and Ryan, both Conchs, spent their childhoods here. We know the town, we know the people, they know us.
We spent the last five years living in the jungles of Costa Rica. What an adventure, Pura vida indeed! But it’s time to come home, we’re getting there.
As of Fall 2010, the O’Boyles are in Kentucky for the time being, taking care of my elderly mother, with final destination being Key West, Florida. Isn’t that everyone’s plan???
For those new to Sally O’Boyle Realty, yes, I manage property from afar. I handle all the phone work (859-940-1469, if I don’t answer, I’ll call you right back), my office crew handles all the showings and ground work. We’ve managed this way since 1995 and it works no matter where I am.
I couldn’t do this without having lived in Key West for 30 years, nor without visiting a couple of times a year. Because of that, it all works. We are responsive, reliable and affordable, a winning combo. Still…. looking forward to returning!
