		<description><![CDATA[<p>When writing leases* with <a href="http://www.so-real.com/property-management-services/" target="_blank">Sally O&#8217;Boyle Realty</a>, the tenant assumes responsibility for all Key West utility bills. This includes water, gas (where applicable), electric, sewer, storm water and garbage.</p> <p>At the moment, ALL Key West utility bills can be put in the Tenant&#8217;s name and billed directly to the tenant.
