Dear Sally & Hal:
Many thanks for selling my house with the Best Bidder System. The experience has forever changed my outlook on how to sell real estate.
Using the Best Bidder system, the Seller is in the driver’s seat. We picked the date we wanted to sign a contract. You folks did a great job of publicizing the sale, with ads, flyers and signs. Having a loan person at the open house was another great idea. It was really gratifying watching the parade of possible buyers through the house for two days. The round robin final bidding was especially exciting – watching the price go up and up.
There is a great deal of security in having a second bidder only a few thousand dollars behind the first – just in case something didn’t work out with the sales contract.
In my case, the sale was particularly efficient – bidding on the 12th, contract on the 13th, and closing on the 29th! Wow! And the selling price was what we realistically expected to get from having the house listed and shown for 3 to 6 months.
Selling your house is a big step and can be scary and depressing, dragging on for weeks and months. Selling your house with this system is so much more effective and fun.
